ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Assist with start-up or end of production tasks for chilling system (per schedule)

  • Monitor chillers for water temperature, volume, PH, and PPM levels per SOP

  • Makes adjustment, keeping maintenance and production personnel informed of any concerns

  • Monitors water flow and assist in water management related to chillers

  • Basic understanding of anti-microbial agents and pathogen control

  • Basic knowledge of Infinity, ability to read and understand the information presented and respond to alarms in the correct manner.

  • Calibrates monitoring equipment

  • Ability to work different line positions as needed

  • Helps with training of backups as needed
