Plant Health Strategy Supervisor

REPORTS TO: Plant Health Strategy Manager

STATUS: Salaried Exempt

TYPE: Full-Time

HOURS: 2nd Shift

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Supervise, work closely with the PHSM manager to cultivate plant pandemic response. Supervise plant level health crisis response team and stimulate maximum pandemic response culture. Ensure that team members are adequately trained in pandemic response plan procedures. Evaluate and direct PHSM personnel on shift in performing operations according to sound operating principles and company policies and procedures. Ensure proper pandemic response training of staff as necessary.

Conduct pandemic response audits, ensures compliance with CDC and OSHA requirements.
