General Description:

• Assist employees with any personnel related questions they may have

• Act as a translator for employees when problems in language arise

• Fill out and input leave of absence/vacation/attendance write up paperwork from production employees

• Input all union data into the computer

• Daily work tasks are structured

• Filing, answer phones, and other clerical duties

• Daily edits and adjustments in kronos

Working Conditions:

• Office Setting

• Employee will typically work 40 hours per week M-F with Saturday work if necessary. Overtime pay will occur for all hours over 40.

Required skills:

• Microsoft Applications-Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook but not limited to

• Must have good interpersonal skills

• People skills & Listening skills

• Flexibility a plus

• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred

Education Requirements (if applicable)

• Minimum High School diploma or GED equivalent.
