JBS USA HATCHERY SUPPORT COORDINATOR in Carrollton, Georgia

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepares correspondence. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.

  • Operates various office machines. Photocopies documents.

  • Answers correspondence.

  • Answers telephone, conveys messages and runs errands.

  • Tabulates and posts data.

  • Proofreads records or forms. Sorts and files records. Files information in established files.

  • Checks, analyzes and classifies materials. Resolves simple discrepancies related to materials.

    • Transfers information from reports, codes numerically, and posts to a prepared code sheet, ledger or journal.
  • Determines daily orders.

  • Completes daily reports.

  • Ensures that each department is stocked with proper sized birds.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

    KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    EDUCATION: High school diploma/GED required. Some college preferred.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least one year of clerical experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). Working knowledge of SAP a plus.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal employees
