We’ll count on you to :
Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide exceptional customer service to all Wild Fork members
Answer customer questions through phone calls, live chats, and email support
Process online orders and take payments
Resolve customers billing complaints
Report customer feedback to internal teams
Display strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills to find solutions
Operate in a goal-oriented environment, achieving individual and team performance targets
Perform other functions as assigned by management

Working hours: (Three shifts, weekends are a must)
08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
11:00 AM – 08:00 PM
01:00 PM - 10:00 PM
In the future we are looking to expand the operating hours as we continue to grow nationwide.
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2 years of customer service experience preferred in a call center or office settings
Able to multitask (i.e., speak on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)
Be a self-starter and have a strong attention to details
Eagerness to explore new skills and different career paths
Have flexible scheduling, including rotating weekends and holidays
Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish) but not required
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen and assessment test
Must be legally able to work in the US.
