JBS USA Customer Service Representative in Doral, Florida

We’ll count on you to :

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism on every call and provide exceptional customer service to all Wild Fork members

  • Answer customer questions through phone calls, live chats, and email support

  • Process online orders and take payments

  • Resolve customers billing complaints

  • Report customer feedback to internal teams

  • Display strong communication, analytical, and problem solving skills to find solutions

  • Operate in a goal-oriented environment, achieving individual and team performance targets

  • Perform other functions as assigned by management

  • Have a PASSION for Food and Cooking!

Working hours: (Three shifts, weekends are a must)

  • 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

  • 11:00 AM – 08:00 PM

  • 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

In the future we are looking to expand the operating hours as we continue to grow nationwide.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • 2 years of customer service experience preferred in a call center or office settings

  • Able to multitask (i.e., speak on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes)

  • Be a self-starter and have a strong attention to details

  • Eagerness to explore new skills and different career paths

  • Have flexible scheduling, including rotating weekends and holidays

  • Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish) but not required

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen and assessment test

  • Must be legally able to work in the US.
