JBS USA Lease Administrator in Doral, Florida

Reporting to the Head of Development, you will be responsible for managing rent payments, lease documentation, and coordination of business licenses required for store openings, among other required administrative duties.

This is an in-office role based in Doral, FL.

Essential Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Rent payment: Coordinate with landlords, accounting department, and real estate managers to ensure rent payment accuracy and timeliness.

  • Vendor Management: Coordination of vendor on-boarding.

  • Licensing: Coordination of all required licensing for store openings.

  • Document Review: review documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with contracts.

  • Document Creation & Modification: prepare administrative landlord and sub-tenant communications.

  • CAM Reconciliations: review CAM charges to ensure accuracy and avoid overpayment.

  • Communication: participate in development team meetings.

  • Collaboration: collaborate with other departments such as operations, facilities, accounting to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of leasing activities with overall business strategies.

  • Team Player: demonstrate your prowess as a team collaborator, placing utmost emphasis of team’s objectives and achieving timely and essential results.


  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field preferred

  • 5+ years of experience with real estate lease administration or contract review required

  • Commercial real estate lease experience including strong understanding of retail lease clauses and experience creating formal letters and lease documents preferred

  • Ability to learn, adapt and implement new processes and applications to achieve excellence.

  • Demonstrate 100% accuracy of all documents and rent payments.

  • Superb organizational skills ensuring all documents are properly saved, uploaded, and processed according to our SOP’s.

  • Tenacity and quick action in coordinating administrative functions.

  • Fast response to landlord and focus on customer-focus attitude.

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
