OVERVIEW: Responsible for daily planning and scheduling of maintenance work using SAP System, SAP experience preferred. Will report to Maintenance Planner


Maintain Preventive Maintenance Program procedures for equipment and revises as required to continually improve equipment performance from standpoint of safety, reliability, quality, and productivity. Will be expected to support the Maintenance Team by owning the Maintenance Work Process for planning preventive, predictive and corrective work utilizing SAP. Work directly with maintenance and production team members and management to problem solve and correct production issues that will ensure maximum production efficiencies and maintain machine reliability.

Maintains equipment data in SAP.

Assist all maintenance team members with SAP, including confirming time to work orders, and regarding any maintenance issue or needs.

Ordering parts and checking parts out of parts inventory (MRO) to match to scheduled maintenance work. Participate and support the spare parts kitting process for work orders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to perform multiple task simultaneously

Computer proficiency, including SAP, Microsoft Office

Maintains work backlog covering all maintenance activities.

Assist Planner with all planning aspect and reporting data in Excel, Excel experience preferred

Prepares reports as required.

Obtains and accurately reports scorecard data to Management

Becomes familiar with the plant and process requirements

All other responsibilities as assigned.
