Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The Associate Manager, Commerce & Digital Growth will help bring new Commerce & digital products, services, and programs to market. This role will focus on existing and new Commerce and/or digital capabilities, as well as a subset of required underlying enablers across functions, such as technology, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, operations, and others depending on the nature of the program being brought to market.

Success in this role will require close partnership with a cross-functional team to enable new offerings, design activation (Omni Channel), test, learn, and iterate, and then ultimately scale-up. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that requires entrepreneurship within a complex, matrixed organization and understands how to build new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with agency partners

  • Prepare full year campaigns calendars and Media Flow Charts

  • Track Ecommerce, Social and Digital / Retail Media Spend

  • Pre and Post evaluations of campaigns

  • Other duties as assigned

    Required Experience:

  • Experience working within Digital shelf ecosystem, Retail Media (Online and Instore), merchandising, pricing, operations, supply chain is highly desired.

  • New customer programs from the ground up, holistic digital and customer experience, go-to-market and pilot design, and collaboration with cross-functional team to launch product

  • Oversee Omnichannel marketing strategies, including all digital channels, social, web, email, and SEO

  • Manage agency relationship.

  • Analytical mindset and proven ability to use data to test, rapidly learn, and iterate to optimize program performance. Strong data analytical skills and proven experience developing and using tools to analyze large, complex data sets to drive decisions.


  • Strong knowledge of technologies associated with end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Marketing Platform – Analytics, Search Ads, Display & Video, Facebook )

  • Experience working with data science tools and visualization packages (Power BI)

  • Experience working in highly matrixed organization.


  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and Ecommerce roles with a demonstrated track record working scaling a business.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience required.

  • Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally.

  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasker

  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

    The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): eligible after 90 days of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

  • Base salary range of $75,000 - $82,000; and

  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
