Position Title: Billing Representative

Department: Accounting

Location: Greeley, CO

Reports to: Billing Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming paperwork from drivers.

  • Preparing invoices for customers.

  • Follow up with other departments regarding final billing details.

  • Filing of delivery paperwork for retention.

  • Additional tasks may be assigned.


  • Must have working knowledge and understanding of computers.

  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.

  • Needs to be creative and willing to change as circumstances dictate. Work well under pressure.

  • Capable of effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines.

  • Must have good working relationship with drivers, be a team player, dependable, reliable.

  • Need to have a strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • TMW knowledge is beneficial.

  • Excel knowledge is beneficial.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Base salary range of $ 17.00/ hour
