  • Interact with customers and consumers regarding quality complaints and product inquires through the following avenues: “1-800” numbers, website, mail, and email

  • Educate the customer/consumer on product characteristics, company policies, and other processes/practices that our company adheres to

  • Professionally handle complaints by diffusing the emotional element, collecting information, and resolving promptly

  • Manage the complaint workflow/process by entering information into database, sending quality incidents to QA managers for investigation, collecting responses, and following up with the customer

  • Act as liaison between customers and internal departments

  • Manage relationships with our Key Accounts

  • Provide daily and weekly reports to the business about complaint issues

  • Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making

  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience

  • Ability to develop relationships with key customers

  • Conflict resolution and ability to be a creative problem solver

  • Data conversion and analytics


  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years of customer service or equivalent experience required

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Complete confidentiality

  • Intermediate skills required for Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Problem solve/root cause analysis

  • Knowledge of SAP a plus

  • High School diploma/GED required, college experience preferred

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): eligible after 90 days of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

  • Base salary range of $13.07 - $16.35 per hour.
