HR Strategy Manager
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The HR Strategy Manager for Pilgrim’s will be based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO. This position will report to the Director of HR Strategy for Pilgrim’s. S/he will support the strategic development, curation and execution of HR-based projects and analytics management. When necessary, s/he will collaborate with Pilgrim’s technical areas, including safety, sustainability, marketing, sales and other key stakeholders across the organization. Responsible for creating graphic assets to support HR-based recruiting and brand communications. Collaborate to develop and deliver influential strategic decisions that impact our employees through knowledge, facts, and data.
Responsibilities:
Support the strategic development, coordination, and management of all HR programs for Pilgrim’s
Responsible for the execution of recruitment processes
Assess development needs of the business and propose solutions
Provide focus, accountability and drive ownership for key performance indicators (overall performance management)
Provides support in managing vendors
Possesses project management skills to support and track projects across the business
Support efforts and the execution of PPC strategies and business unit/facility tactical initiatives
Supports the development of plans and analysis to improve retention, turnover, absenteeism, and other HR metrics by using analysis to drive decision making.
Frequent research into issues of importance (compensation and motivation, retention, engagement, surveys, etc.) in order to make informed decisions and utilize best practices.
Collaborates across HR to identify interventions and strategies to close gaps.
Develops reports and presentations to summarize data, strategies, and recommendations.
Bring a consulting background and an ownership mentality so as to work effectively and quickly
Serve as Pilgrim’s lead for Glassdoor and Indeed Web Content
Assist in the development of comprehensive workforce planning and analytics methods, models and projections; to include analytics of turnover, absenteeism, strategic placement, etc.
Collaborates across HR to identify interventions and strategies to close gaps.
Develops reports and presentations to summarize data, strategies, and recommendations.
Willing to learn and develop computer science skills as needed for projects
Designs a wide range of visual aids/materials to support PPC communications needs for recruiting and other initiatives.
Utilizes advanced knowledge of current graphics design software to execute assigned projects.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3-5 years’ experience in HR required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, and Photoshop.
Good technical knowledge of design hardware and systems.
Highly capable project manager with excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Outstanding written /verbal communication skills, with a good command of English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
Good proofreading skills, attention to detail is a must.
Positive attitude and collaborative
Self-starter, flexible, results-driven, quick-learning personality that easily adapts to change.
Appropriately screen and handle confidential and sensitive information.
Good organizational and problem solving skills
Excellent technical skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and HR-SAP preferred)

As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k) : company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $90,000 - $117,000 ; and
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
