Human Resources Coordinator
We are looking for Human Resources Coordinator to support all facets of our Learning and Development, Talent Development and Performance Management Programs. Our Culture and Talent team is responsible for supporting the company in identifying talent gaps, selecting top talent, evaluating performance, and developing that talent.
The coordinator role is essential to our team by delivering administrative support and ensuring the highest level of participant program care, all while gaining exposure to multiple teams and leaders across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all Learning and Development Programs logistics to include: (Summit, Women in Leadership, Leading People First, Elevate and Ad-Hoc programming)
Booking of event venues, travel, transportation
Executive engagement
Team calendars
Participant’s calendars
Participant’s overall performance
Training materials, swag, certificates
Training agendas
Responsible for maintaining budget records and reconciliation of expenses
Responsible for maintaining and updating team’s branded materials – inventory management
Assist with Culture events logistics and communications to include:
Maintain participant’s list
Overall event communication
Executive dinners
Inventory
Assist talent development coordinator during onboarding process for all Talent Development Programs
Responsible for accurate tracking of training records and reporting
Assist with process improvement and efficiency initiatives by sharing ideas and taking ownership of improvement projects
Share responsibility for improving the overall Talent Development and Talent acquisition functions through the acquisition of knowledge and responsibilities and suggesting new and improved methodologies
Assist with execution of offer and pre-hire paperwork to ensure all new hire requirements are delivered to candidates and completed in a timely manner

Maintain learning and development programs dashboard and analytics
Maintain team folders and communication platforms
Help with performance management programs as needed and to include: (360, 9 Box, Glint, Goals, Talent Mapping)
Tracking of action plans and follow up
Dashboards and analytics
Setting up strategy meetings
Booking trainings
Creating email templates
Assembling manager email distribution lists
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Ag Business, Psychology or related field preferred
1+ years recruiting/HR or administrative experience preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Advanced proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience with travel planning and coordination preferred
Experience working with individuals in multiple time zones preferred
Clear, effective interpersonal and communication skills
Approachable, adaptable, and self-motivated
Detail-oriented, efficient, and able to multi-task
Strong time management and organizational skill
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $20-22/hr

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
