JBS USA IT SECURITY MANAGER in Greeley, Colorado

IT Security Manager

We are looking for a IT Security Manager for JBS IT Security that is based onsite at our Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of security engineers, cloud security analysts and security administrators.

  • Ownership, service and support of a Windows Active Directory, Windows OS, Linux OS, application and infrastructure security and access.

  • Work cohesively with 30+ IT managers to provide critical business services

  • Participate in all technology related business initiatives to deliver projects and services on time and in budget.

  • Be in constant communication with staff, peers and senior management related to daily operational issues and resolutions.

  • Work with IT architects to ensure deployment of products and services that plug into the strategic roadmap that meet business objectives and deliver value to the bottom line.

  • Engage with the business to understand their changing needs and stay close to the cadence of the market.

  • Provision business system access to approved users and track that access to meet company policy.

  • Respect confidentiality of all requests.

  • Install, configure, maintain and administer governance tools and applications to provide oversight, Separation of Duties and audit functionality for multiple application landscapes.

  • Use tracking systems to keep an exact record of each request and the action taken.

  • Escalate to IT manager whenever conflicts in access are discovered.

  • Work with Internal and External Audit teams.

  • Troubleshoot complex access/permissions issues.

  • Work collaboratively with a team to design, build and deploy security frameworks, devices and applications.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Information Systems or related field

  • 4+ years in the IT Security industry

  • Familiarity with critical business systems

  • Advanced understanding of ITIL related to access control

  • Experience with Active Directory, Windows Security/Administration & DNS management

  • Basic understanding of infrastructure technologies

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to details

  • Outstanding organizational and analytical skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Able to work independently and inside a team

  • Proven team leadership success

  • Outstanding ability to communicate at multiple levels inside the IT organization as well as with the business

  • Strong organizational, coaching and mentoring skills

  • Solid background in IT infrastructure and application landscapes

  • Ability to take on larger responsibility over time

  • Available to travel on demand

  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :

  • Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

  • Base salary range of $95,000-$130,000; and

  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
