The JBS Trade team is searching for a Logistics and Documentation Specialist.

Principle Responsibilities:

This position will provide function within the export trade business and responsibilities will include:

  • International documentation including documents to clear foreign customs and receive payments from customers

  • Supply Chain/logistics support. Role will receive exposure on and support the logistics operations flow to ensure product is available to meet executional requirements and customer expectations.

  • Have general knowledge of accounting process and ability to reconcile information

  • Provide top tier customer service with both internal and external customers to set us apart from our competition.

  • Special projects as needed.

  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • 4 Year degree preferred.

  • Requires computer aptitude for database management, general word processing, and spreadsheet programs

  • Strong quantitative and analytical and problem solving skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Exceptional communications, and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent phone, verbal and written skills.

  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize daily tasks

  • Ability to work well within Trade team

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

  • Base salary range of at $43,000-$53, 000; and

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive programThe Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors.
