We are seeking a Part-time Maintenance Technician for our Corporate Office in West Greeley, CO.

The Part-time Maintenance Technician will work 20-30 hours a week, and will assist the Corporate Facilities Department in the day-to-day operations of our 1200 person Corporate Office, Cafe and several off-site locations. Duties include operating and performing routine and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of the buildings is maintained. The Tech may perform tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. The Tech will also clean and repair fixtures including lights, doors, walls, floors, gutters, parking lot and drains. Typical hours will be business hours Monday-Friday, however the Tech will be called on to perform some maintenance after hours and on weekends to prevent disruption of business activities or operation and may need to respond to emergency calls after scheduled work hours. In the course of the position, the Tech may be exposed to dust, dirt, unpleasant odors and fumes and will be required to move heavy objects, stoop, bend, or stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities :

  • Move and assemble office fixtures such as furniture, pictures and blinds, including assisting with staff moves from within or outside of facility

  • Maintain and perform scheduled routine and preventive maintenance including testing and inspecting the operation of equipment and company-owned vehicles

  • Assist with emergency evacuations, such as fire or natural disaster

  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager to purchase supplies, equipment and materials necessary to complete general maintenance duties, tasks, repairs, and projects

  • Perform miscellaneous maintenance at multiple locations such as snow removal, changing filters and light bulbs and ballasts

  • Run local errands in company vehicle as needed

  • Assist coworkers to ensure safety and security policies are being followed

  • Train coworkers on tasks specifically related to the position

  • Fleet maintenance

  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Previous general building maintenance and facilities experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook

  • Able to occasionally lift 50-75 lbs.

  • Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug test

  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
