JBS is looking for a passionate and determined Brand Manager for Regional Beef Marketing. The Brand Manager is primarily responsible for driving business-to-business marketing initiatives and tactics to support multiple brand/program strategies and business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture or related field

  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing or related field

  • Experience in agency relations and management required

  • Prior experience in meat industry preferred

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, and Excel

  • Excellent project management and timeline delivery/follow through

  • Excellent planning and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Innate attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Creative and innovative problem solving skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce


  • Assist in planning & executing 4-5 customer events each year

  • Assist in creating and revising product packaging (boxes, films, labels, etc) per USDA and customer requests, as needed

  • Manage daily communications and activities with agencies

  • Maintain relevant content on brand websites

  • Develop SEO, social media, content marketing, influencer relations, and digital strategies and initiatives for multiple brands

  • Create sales materials centered on fact-based selling strategies and program attributes

  • Update and distribute sales materials (flyers, presentations, eBlasts, etc) to SalesForce

  • Manage food show preparation and fulfillment (both POS and Sample Request needs)

  • Develop and maintain brand standards and style guides

  • Manage development, requests, inventories and shipments of branded promotional items, point-of-sale materials, etc.

  • Process marketing invoices, track spending and help implement the marketing budget
