JBS USA PART-TIME IMPORTS ASSISTANT TEMP in Greeley, Colorado

We are looking for part-time help in our Imports department (20-29 hours per week). This position is temporary, but there is opportunity for full-time placement with good performance. This assignment will last approximately 3 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, mailings, e-mailings, etc

  • Manage multi-line phone system

  • Prepare Daily Vitals report for Executive morning meetings

  • Assist with quarterly and annual goals process

  • Assist in preparation of numerous reports and contracts

  • Maintain and organize files

  • Create Power Point presentations for team as needed

  • Create and maintain numerous databases and excel sheets

  • Process invoices in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Understanding of handling invoices

  • Ability to manage multi-line phone system

  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task

  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented are a must
