JBS USA QA ANALYST II in Greeley, Colorado

This opportunity is for a QA Analyst II to join our Corporate IT team. This position is responsible for conducting testing against system software changes with a strong focus on quality, usability and reliability of our products. This position will report to our Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.


  • Follow established software testing policies and procedures

  • Able to create QA test plans based on software requirements

  • Able to create automated test scripts using the tools provided to create test harness

  • Update appropriate QA test registers and tickets

  • Able to troubleshoot issues and identify the source of the problem

  • Able to validate application adherence to existing UI/UX guidelines

  • Communicate with the development team to configure testing environments

  • Attend development stand up meetings

  • Create or maintain end user training material and product documentation

  • Provide end user training and support implementation of product changes

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Must have hands-on experience with programming.

  • Must have the ability to work with databases.

  • Must have a fundamental understanding in SQL.

  • A self-starter and have the ability to deliver

  • Participate in test cases/test plans creation and interact with the functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and relational skills required.

  • Understanding of common software failures and faults

  • Knowledge of the systems or applications-under-test

  • Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly.

  • Must be a strong team player.

  • Must be willing to travel as needed.

Highly Desirable Skills:

  • Ability to listen, understand and facilitate process improvements.

  • Ability to work independently with little direction/supervision.

  • Any prior experience with automated test tools

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

  • Base salary range of $58,000-$80,000 ; and

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
