Qualifications:

• Experience preferably in a manufacturing or production environment but not required

• Ability to work 50+ hours

• Management skills

• Great attendance

• Highly motivated

• Very safety consciousness, will support the company safety policy of his/her team

• Mechanical understanding helpful

• Multi-task a plus

• Must read-write English

Position Description:

• Motivate and manage a large group of employees

• Responsible for the motivation and safety of those employees under their supervision

• Prepares pre-operational paperwork, must have following shift set up for the days production.

• Ensures area is properly staffed/crewed to meet operational needs

• Coach and develop employees to obtain results

• Responsible for meeting volume goals, reducing claims, maximizing yields, reducing cost

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

• Paid Time off: sick leave, vacation and 6 company observed holidays;

• 401(k): eligible after the 1st day of employment including company match which begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

• Base salary range of $65,000 - $78,000

• This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
