Position Title: Sales Account Executive
Department: Sale s
Location : Greeley, CO
Reports to : Director of Sales
All sales operations for over-the-road and regional operations.
Must be able to generate leads independently, make in-person sales calls, and close on new business.
Daily and weekly sales activity reports will be required.
Will be expected to sell committed lanes, ad hoc business, and dedicated fleet opportunities.
Work closely with our operations and customerservice personnel in Greeley, CO.
Prepare transportation contracts that will keep our company in compliance with all Department ofTransportationrules and regulations.
Solicit freight in such a manner to maximize our profitability as a company
Prepare respective company bid packages in an effort to procure freight.
Other duties assigned as needed.
Must have experience in refrigerated transportation sales, customer service, tariff applications and contracting.
Some college preferred.
5-10 Years of previous transportation sales experience.
Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills; both written and oral.
Solid negotiation skills.
Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency inMicrosoft software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Knowledge of TMWpreferred.
Team oriented sales approach
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage. Benefit eligibility begins after 60 days of employment;
Paid sick leave. vacation, and six company observed holidays;
401(k). Company match begins at one year of service and follows a five year vesting schedule.
Base salary range of $77,385- $100,590; and
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
