We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to our Canada Beef Sales team of approximately 4 people at our Greeley Corporate office. This team is responsible for beef sales out of our Brooks, Canada facility into retail, foodservice and distribution channels across the United States.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate all orders and follow-up closely

  • Responsible for accurate order entry process

  • Order processing with ability to work with other internal departments such as: transportation, customer service, scheduling, margin management and claims

  • General communication and coordination of orders/events with internal and external customers

  • Handle administrative functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, etc.) for sales team

  • Customer relationship management: first point of contact for customers with fast responses

  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, or Animal Science preferred

  • 2-3 years of previous experience with Data Entry and Customer Service required

  • Computer skills; including proficiency with work processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Office Suite including pivot tables required)

  • Detail oriented; accuracy

  • Ability to work with other departments

  • Team player

  • Excellent oral/written communication skills

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Dynamic and energetic.

  • Good organizational skills

  • Motivated/self-starter

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

  • Base salary range of $50,000 - $58,000; and

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
