We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to our Canada Beef Sales team of approximately 4 people at our Greeley Corporate office. This team is responsible for beef sales out of our Brooks, Canada facility into retail, foodservice and distribution channels across the United States.
Coordinate all orders and follow-up closely
Responsible for accurate order entry process
Order processing with ability to work with other internal departments such as: transportation, customer service, scheduling, margin management and claims
General communication and coordination of orders/events with internal and external customers
Handle administrative functions (calendar, appointments, conference call appointments, etc.) for sales team
Customer relationship management: first point of contact for customers with fast responses
Other duties as required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Meat Science, Marketing, Economics, or Animal Science preferred
2-3 years of previous experience with Data Entry and Customer Service required
Computer skills; including proficiency with work processing and spreadsheet programs (Microsoft Office Suite including pivot tables required)
Detail oriented; accuracy
Ability to work with other departments
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills. Dynamic and energetic.
Good organizational skills
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $50,000 - $58,000; and
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
