SAP AP FICO VIM FUNCTIONAL ANALYST
We are seeking an experienced SAP financials analyst with functional expertise in Accounts Payable processes to join our FICO team. This position will be responsible for production support, developing functional specifications for new or enhanced business requirements, performing functional testing, coordinating technical support, participating in cost benefit analysis, and contributing to software and process solutions for SAP. The Functional Analyst will be responsible for translating high level requirements from business stakeholders into detailed functional specifications and ensuring test plans and test scripts are documented to ensure high quality project success.
As a critical member of our FICO team, you will support the SAP Accounts Payable functions in North American, Australian, and European business units. Provide production support for Accounts Payable processes within SAP
Interface with business process owners to facilitate process improvement through enhanced or new application functionality.
Proficiency in Accounts Payable business processes and be able to apply this knowledge to solve defined business problems.
Design and deliver high quality solutions through system configuration that meet overall business requirements.
Develop documentation for systems and processes.
Effectively transfer knowledge to business users for on-going support.
Develop and manage project plans for your area.
Interact with Business Process Owners and stakeholders to identify business requirements
Provide estimations for work necessary to implement enhancements requested by business users
Produce system requirements documentation such as Business Process Designs, Functional Specifications, Configuration Rationale and integration mapping documents
Support developers during the development process to ensure cohesive functional and technical design
Conduct unit testing and integration testing for break/fix and enhancements
Create business process, functional diagrams and training documentation as needed
Mentor fellow team members, providing cross-functional and integration knowledge transfer as needed
Participate in department process improvement initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field required
Strong accounting background
4+ years of combined business and configuration experience in SAP Finance and Control
3 years configuration experience in the Finance and Control (FI/CO) Accounts Payable (AP) module
Thorough understanding of the integration with other SAP modules including: General Ledger (GL), Treasury, Cost and Profit Center Accounting (COPA), Internal Orders, and Fixed Assets
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 7 required
Maintain high level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
Analytical ability to drive decisions through data and report on metrics
Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
Customer service oriented
Proven ability to stay organized
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
Experience working with complex integrations via EDI, IDocs, SI or PI and other integrations preferred
Experience implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText Certification preferred
Project Management knowledge
End-to-End implementation experience
Experience working with S/4HANA will be beneficial
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits :
Benefits : Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
Paid Time Off : sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
Base salary range of $110,000-$120,000; and
Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
