We are looking for a SAP PM Analyst for JBS.

The SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Analyst will be responsible for all activities from process mapping, designing, configuration, requirements gathering, writing functional specifications, end user training, documentation, on-going maintenance and enhancements for the SAP PM module. This role will also provide support to transition of SAP PM module from ECC to S4/HANA.

This role will engage directly with SAP super users, Maintenance schedulers, planners, IT management and other IT teams to deliver high quality solutions and enhancements to the existing SAP PM module.


  • Aid in transition from ECC to S4/HANA.

  • Configure SAP systems (ECC and S4/HANA) to solve production issues, implement enhancements and prototype new functionality.

  • Research notes/BADI’s

  • Configure new plants, import master data, work with security team to get the roles created.

  • Work with RFC’s and BAPI’s to integrate SAP with other applications.

  • Provide technical and functional support to internal end users to ensure error-free functionality and end-user satisfaction ( including on-call )

  • Coordinate change and ensure compliance to internal change management processes.

  • Coordinate solution deployment with different internal teams.

  • Design, document and perform functional testing – unit, integration, and regression.

  • Knowledge transfer to customer; including training documents creation.

  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of at least 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP PM module.

  • Experience in both, ECC and S4/HANA preferred.

  • Must have strong understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance technical objects, master data and master data import techniques.

  • Must have a strong understanding of RFC’s and BAPI’s used in SAP Plant Maintenance module.

  • Must be able to assess the shortcomings in the system and research the possible SAP notes, BADI’s available to fix the issues at hand.

  • Must have strong understanding of the business processes in the maintenance world.

  • Technical knowledge of authorization objects, security roles etc. is preferred.

  • Experience and knowledge of manufacturing facilities is preferred

  • Experience working with SAP Mobile Applications (Work manager, Asset Manager) is preferred.

  • Working knowledge of integration with SAP Materials Management, and reporting tools such as QlikView or Power BI is preferred

  • Must have excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule

  • Base salary range of $58,000-$76,000

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program
