Provide consumer, category and sales solutions to Retail, Foodservice, Distributor and Processor Customers in the Specialty Beef Brands space. Partner and liaison between JBS Sales Teams, Customers and Headquarter Teams. Day-to-day category development and management to achieve Specialty Beef Brands business objectives, as well as customer desired goals. Specialty brands include Natural Beef Brands, Grass Fed Beef Brands, Organic Beef Brands, and Wagyu Beef Brands.

US Customer Base


  • Develop and maintain relationships with JBS Sales Teams, supporting them as they interact with multi-unit retail and foodservice operators, distributors and processors to promote sales of Specialty Beef Brands

  • Create and develop new business plans for a new market area, including implementation of the plan and the ability to define channel/market volume and margin potential

  • Implement corporate strategy to grow and expand business in the Specialty Beef Brands space through new and existing customers

  • Support commercialization on new and existing value added/CPG products, to include co-packer relations and agreements

  • Support JBS Sales Teams as they hold quarterly reviews with Key Accounts and develop mutual plans for growth of Specialty Beef Brands

  • Leverage knowledge of the company’s Specialty Beef Brand products and specifications to solve customer opportunities

  • Be a resource for JBS Sales teams by analyzing consumption data and consumer research to define opportunities for future growth

  • Travel required – 50%


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to National Multi-Unit Retail Accounts and Distributors

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in proteins or commodity base products required; beef experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient with retailer, syndicated data, business performance indicators

  • Ability to navigate customer/client conversations, that leads to selling/ developing brands and relationships

  • Strong communication, sales planning skills required

  • Basic computer skills required including the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Located in Greeley, CO – JBS Headquarters

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;

  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;

  • Base salary range of $120,000 - $150,000; and

  • This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
