JBS USA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE in Green Bay, Wisconsin

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous transportation Customer Service related support or experience preferred

  • Basic computer skills required in outlook/excel. Experience with transportation software is preferred

  • Shipper/trucking industry experience preferred

  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Schedule all customer delivery appointments

  • Data entry of appointments in TMW Suites

  • Update corporate customer service on any late deliveries

  • Update corporate customer service department on any trucks detained at the customer location

  • Update JBS Carriers’ drivers on revised and or updated appointment times

  • Manage data from the Qualcomm/TMW system to enhance our customer service

  • Other duties as assigned
