JBS USA HR ALCHEMY TRAINER in Guntersville, Alabama
Under moderate supervision with some periods of autonomy provides clerical and administrative support to one or more functional areas of Human Resources such as, personnel records, employee or labor relations, training, and/or equal opportunity/affirmative action. Duties include facilitating training courses and onboarding survey’s.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Train employees daily on standard monthly courses related to safety, food safety, compliance, and security.
New Hire Onboarding Survey’s for 30 day and 90 day
Some travel required between 2 facilities (within a mile apart)
All other duties as assigned

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Typically requires a minimum of 3 year of related experience.
Bilingual preferred by not required.
