We are seeking a self-driven, organized Customer Service Representative based in Hickory, NC. This role will be responsible for assisting the sales team with presentation preparations for offsite showrooms as well as a central contact for customers at our Tannery distribution center operations.


  • SAP Order entry & acknowledgement

  • Production confirmation from tanneries & postings

  • Completion of packing list & BOL

  • Prepare and maintain leather sample sets for customer presentation, sales representatives and off site showroom of our active collection and new article presentation. New article presentations are typically done 3-4 times per year.

  • Showroom set up & dismantle

  • Weekly customer and representative reports

  • Inventory posting

  • Filing Invoices

  • Direct contact with 3 rd party sales aid company

  • Inside Sales – solicitation of active and new accounts


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of experience preferred

  • SAP knowledge preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Microsoft Office experience required

  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
