RESPONSIBILITIES

• tracking trailer status and use

• assigning trailers to loads

• communicating load status to carriers

• Contacting carriers for deliveries as needed

• tracking storage trailer use and rotation

• coordinating with Security on inbound and outbound loads

• assisting in any trailer traffic issues

• reporting trailer status to corporate

• tracking claims

• minimizing deficit freight on loads

• All other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Computer skills and ability to learn new programs – Excel, Word, SAP, etc.

• customer service skills

• Phone skills

• Self-motivated
