SAMPCO, LLC, Div. JBS is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Analyst and Administrative Sales Support professional to join their team in Mississauga, Ontario.-

Sampco-s business included retail and food service specialty products that span the entire array of commodities including: Salmon, Tuna, Mackerel, Pineapple, Peaches, Tropical Fruit, and Mushrooms. Manufacturing and Industrial product category can be divided into canned beef, cooked frozen beef, and raw cuts of beef.

Our customers include major grocery retailers/wholesalers, food service companies, and food manufacturers throughout the United States.

-NOTE: THIS ROLE WILL BE LOCATED IN MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide Sales administrative support including sales analysis & reporting.

  • Provide customer support as required, both directly and indirectly.

  • Maintain/develop databases containing information from various sources to meet the needs of the business.

  • Generate reports/analytics using data contained in the databases.

  • Create timely ad-hoc reports on an as needed basis.

  • Assist management of sales planning and forecasting.

  • Analyze data sets available to identify potential areas of opportunity.

  • Track market activity including competitors.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:-

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to find simple solutions to-complex problems.

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other software applications required by this position. -Experience with SAP a plus. -

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Well organized with a strong ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

  • Acute attention to details.

  • Ability to work independently and be flexible.

  • Familiarity with Nielsen and or related market data is a plus.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, highly dynamic environment.

  • Bachelor-s Degree preferred

  • An overwhelming sense of urgency

  • Team player with an all-consuming desire to win as a team

  • Self-motivated and collaborative
