JBS USA HR COORDINATOR in Russellville, Arkansas

JBS Live Pork is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to work from the Russellville, Arkansas Corporate Office . This position will support recruiting efforts for multiple state operations as well as perform data entry and other HR administrative functions.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Supports recruiting efforts by reviewing job descriptions, posting and maintaining active requisitions, partnering with hiring managers to review resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews

  • Enters all employee data and updates into the HRIS system (SAP)

  • Files all employment records in e-file system (Dynafile)

  • Conducts new hire orientation sessions

  • Provide customer service to employees in the business by answering common questions and directing or escalating questions and concerns as needed

  • Assists HR compliance efforts

  • Assists with collecting and filing of new hire employment paperwork

  • Assists with HR mail and other communications

  • Monitors and responds to unemployment claims, may attend hearings

  • May assist with entry-level employee relations

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline, or one year of previous HR experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to travel on occasion

  • Local to the Russellville regional area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish

  • Prior experience with an applicant tracking system

  • Prior experience with SAP or other HRIS platform system
