DESCRIPTION

Position at Mopac

We currently have an immediate opening for a Marketing Coordinator in our Souderton, PA Rendering facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Procurement Management team to contribute to the Procurement group’s goals. The position reports to the Procurement Mgr.

QUALIFICATIONS:

● Highly organized and efficient professional who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks in his or her list.

● Able to demonstrate customer needs and execute a marketing plan to insure best opportunity to gain new customers

● Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to serve as liaison with potential customers and trade group

● Previous sales support experience a plus but not required

● Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision

● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suites (Word, Excel, Publisher, Crystal Reports)

● Knowledge of Google Apps and the Marketing Suites a must (Ads, Analytics, Google My Business, etc.), certifications a plus

● Ability to work in a team environment

● Constantly develops new marketing strategies along with ways to implement

● Content creation in advertisement designs through several media platforms i.e. paper, internet, email

● Wordpress.org website management skills, including blog posting, email collections, and finding a way to approach a more interactive interface with customers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Utilize company resources to develop strategic plans to focus on gaining customers with high UCO volumes

● Act as the primary customer service contact for large house accounts who have question about their accounts, our products, or pricing

● Compile daily and weekly lists of leads and delegate individual leads to sales team

● Manage sale teams’ schedules for appointments with major suppliers and potential customers, follow up on quotes and track progress of leads issued to sales reps

● Produce reports on progress by rep and update sales strategies to promote continued growth in local market

● Develop and implement marketing and advertising campaigns to promote MOPAC collection services through Google Ads, sponsorships and other meaningful marketing endeavors,

● Research and create strategies for linking our name to local and regional agencies connected to industrial grease users and restaurant licensing and supply resources

● Coordinate flow of information and communications within the company and to sales reps

● Keep our website’s information updated and relevant, increase our overall search engine optimization (SEO) through blogging and customer interaction, while also tracking website leads to sales reps

● Manage MOPAC’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages using content created for the website
