GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provides a wide variety of general administrative support to multiple Managers, superintendents, and the supervisors throughout the fabrication floor; serves as administrative liaison with the employees and the supervisors within the FAB department regarding administrative issues related to Employees, and operations. Coordinates office services, such as personnel, records control, and special management studies

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Collects data for and/or prepares standard operating reports, such as time-and-attendance records, terminations, new hires, transfers, budget expenditures, and statistical records of performance data.

  • Assists management with reporting requirements as needed.

  • Daily Analysis and Calculation of Production Sheet Accuracy for the Fabrication Department

  • Interfaced with Upper Level Management – General Manager, Production Manager, Fabrication Superintends and Supervisors to ensure Production Accuracy.

  • Assessments of Beef Mixed Products.

  • Monitor Grade change

  • Export information from Red Prairie and Dashboard

  • Communicate with Corporate and supervisors to confirm any changes to the make sheet

  • Coordinate with the Scale operator/Cattle maker about Primal priorities

  • Communicate with Shipping and QA to insure of any missed packs

  • Assets Product Specifications

DAILY REPORTS

  • Angus Trim Capture (CAB, G23, and Angus Cow)

  • Leaker Audits

  • Make sheet Accuracy (1on1 with General Manager)

  • Fabrication Production Report

  • Kill Damage

  • Primal Combos

  • Assist in HealthCare Schedule

  • Assessments of Beef Mixed Products.

EDUCATION:

Requires 1-2 years of specialized/vocational training or college course work beyond high school, preferably in a related area DIRECTLY RELATED work experience will be accepted on a year-for-year basis in lieu of the educational requirement.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.

  • Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • SAP experience preferred
