This is a second shift position. The successful candidate will have be available to work 2PM - 10PM Monday through Friday, as well as have the flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.

Summary: Role is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of paperwork related to shipping activities.

Duties and responsibilities :

  • Communicate with production and scheduling

  • Generate load packet for loaders

  • Knowledge of red prairie System and order management

  • Computer literate

  • Record any shortages and record non compliances

  • Act with Urgency to resolve logistical problems with orders on a timely basis

  • Strive for continuous improvement in billing and accounting processes

  • Rotating shifts and days off.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in shipping, distribution or a related field

  • Ability to adapt to new demands, reprioritize workload and address urgent demands quickly

  • Eagerness and ability to learn new skills, technologies and business processes quickly

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Computer proficiency

  • Red Prairie and SAP experience preferred
